You say it would be "Odd" to not be happy to have a manager who has managed some of the biggest Clubs in the country, however could Jurgen Klopp or Pep manage a pub team?. These experienced mangers are used to have much bigger resources available to them to get them out the Sh*t. I am not saying they can't manage a pub team but I hope Monk gets used to the meager resources at his disposal.
