Lincoln (H) Match Preview

The Transfer Window shut last night, and although there were no new faces arriving at the Abbey the most important deal of the day was done by Lincoln, selling Anthony Scully to Wigan, and sparing us watching him tear our defence to shreds again.

With no additions or departures from the squad Bonner's got basically a full complement of faces to pick from, and although some of them featured midweek against Arsenal's kids we think the line up will probably be more or less the same as that which started against Burton, with only question marks really over Brophy, who only managed 45 mins against Arsenal after recovering from illness and Okedina who may drop out for Ibsen Rossi.

Expected U's Line-Up: Mitov, Williams, Jones, Okedina, Dunk, May, Digby, Smith, Tracey, Knibbs, Ironside

Who's In The Dugout? Mark Kennedy - played for Millwall, Liverpool, Man City and the Republic of Ireland in the 90's, older readers may remember him being a decent prospect on Championship Manager 2. He's been at Sincil Bank since May.

Who's Their Player To Watch? Now Scully's gone their main threat seems to be Teddy Bishop, who was born in Cambridge before coming through the ranks at three-times European Champions Ipswich Town.

What's Their Recent Form Like? Played six, won once, lost once, drawn four times.

Any Ex-United Players? Nope

Big Joe gave United all three points in Bonner's 100th game in charge, heading in from close range after previously having an effort ruled out for offside. Of course, United were in Amber shorts for the occassion.
