Ipswich (A) Match Preview
United travel East to the club that puts the Fallen into Fallen Giants, Ipswich Town. Categorically not a derby game, despite what their fans might think, the game takes place on a Tuesday night after the ridiculous cancellation of the football fixtures following the death of Queen Elizabeth.
Following defeat to Derby, United sit tenth, having won five and lost the same amount. Ipswich sit second, having only lost once this season. Are we up against it? You bet...
The big question on U's fans lips is will Mark Bonner keep faith with Zeno Ibsen Rossi after his howler on Saturday gave Derby the lead- having already dropped Jubril Okedina as a result of some shaky performances Bonner is fast running out of centre backs and may prefer to go with the experience of Greg Taylor, but it's also quite unlike him to drop a player after a mistake, as Okedina will know.
We'd expect to see Liam O'Neil take Adam May's spot in the middle of the park, whilst Harvey Knibbs could be in line for a recall too, along with James Brophy, likely at the expense of Shilow Tracey and Jack Lankester.
Expected U's Line-Up: Mitov, Williams, Okedina, Jones, Dunk, Digby, O'Neil, Knibbs, Smith, Brophy, Ironside
Who's In The Dugout? Kieran McKenna is in his first management position at the age of 36, having taken over at Portman Road last season following a spell on the coaching staff at Manchester United.
Who's Their Player To Watch? Marcus Harness is a new arrival in Suffolk having joined from Portsmouth in the summer. He's always caused us problems.
What's Their Recent Form Like? Good. Won 7, drawn 3, lost just once.
Any Ex-United Players? Dominic Ball played 11 times for us back in 2015.
Last Time Out: Ipswich 0-1 United, 2 April 2022
Was it offside, who gives a fuck? Big Joe with the winner at Portman Road in the spring sunshine.

From The Archive: Ipswich 1-2 U's, 9 November 1991.
Sadly we couldn't embed the footage of that pink-jacketed dickhead whinging about us beating them last season, but here's some more footage of us winning at Portman Road, this time back in 1991.
